_STUDENT SERVICES & CUSTOM PROGRAM ASSISTANT DUTIES_
* Conduct on-site orientation to ISA students upon arrival to inform
them about all aspects of the program including housing, health and
safety issues, academic considerations and local culture.
* Assist students with integration into the local culture, and
provide students information and advice about opportunities for
cultural enrichment.
* Organise and accompany students on ISA excursions, activities,
guest lectures and social events. Weekend travel is required.
* Manage various logistical matters such as making hotel
reservations, arranging tours and cultural visits, coordinating group
transportation.
* Coordinate student housing and assist students with any issues
that may arise related to their housing.
* Remain on-call after regular office hours for students.
_ADDITIONAL DUTIES_
* Provide an administrative assistance, i.e answering phones,
attending to student inquiries and updating incident reports as and
when required.
* Attend to any student emergency as and when required, some on-call
hours may be required.
* Assist with student issues or emergencies that may arise, as
needed.
_TRAVEL_
This position is based in?GALWAY OR DUBLIN, IRELAND.?Travel to other
locations and around Ireland may be required to work with
organisations, students, and programmes. Travel can include weekdays
and weekends.
